If you retrieved your serial # and register password from your Maxidas and loaded up the software suite program on your PC. You should have copied the contents of the original SD card to a folder on your PC and just save the original SD card as a backup. Get a new larger SD card and format that card in FAT32 . Copy and paste the contents of the saved folder to your new formatted (FAT32) card . Put the new  card in the card reader and open up the PC suite and then see if it it recognizes the card and will  download updated software to it. Do not select ALL. Just update one car make at a time
